15-Day / 15% Refund Policy and 60-Day Credit Courtesy

We want you to be pleased with your order and buy with minimal risk. All sales of partially-used products are final. Returns of unused cartons will be accepted for refund for 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. If you have an unusual circumstance please contact us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser except when there is a mis-shipment error on the part of The Family Hospitality Group. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunded monies provided returned product is unused and in saleable condition.

If goods you receive are returned more than 15 days and less than 60 days from the date of receipt, a store credit memo will be issued (minus 15% restocking) for unopened, saleable product. Contact us for an RMA return authorization and shipping address.

We ship from western and eastern distribution centers in the mainland USA, so that you incur the lowest purchased product cost possible. Shipping time is generally two business days plus processing time. You should expect to receive what you order (provided it was shown as in-stock at the time of order) within one calendar week.
